Le Dr Alexandre Hudon est médecin psychiatre, chercheur régulier à l’Institut universitaire de santé mentale de Montréal (IUSMM et CR-IUSMM) ainsi que professeur adjoint de clinique à l’Université de Montréal au département de psychiatrie et d’addictologie.  

Passionné des innovations et technologies numériques, ses travaux de recherche portent sur l’intégration de l’intelligence artificielle à la psychiatrie clinique, sur la modélisation de la violence et des phénomènes rares ainsi que sur l’utilisation des technologies numériques en enseignement-apprentissage des sciences de la santé.

Projets de recherche

  • Projet Sémiologie et IA (SéIA) : Utilisation du contenu, des émotions et de l’analyse comportementale dans les interventions thérapeutiques pour prédire des signes et symptômes psychiatriques.
  • Projet Analyse de la violence par l’IA (IA-Violence) : Modélisation du risque de violence en fonction des comportements dans un environnement écologique (unités de soins).
  • Projet IA Virtuelle dans l’enseignement-apprentissage en psychiatrie (VirtuoIA) : Utilisation des environnements virtuels et de l’intelligence artificielle pour la formation des apprenants en médecine et les professionnels de la santé.
